Jay Boddu, PT & Founder/Owner
Jay received his Physical Therapy degree in 1976. His 36 years of experience include various fields such as sports medicine, orthopedics, work/occupational injuries, neurological and intensive care. He served as a clinical instructor for 15 years. Jay brings together his vast and varied experience, in the US and abroad, when working with his patients at Health Source Physical Therapy Center, which he established in 2000.
Jesudian Boddu, DPT, MTC, Residency-trained CFMT
Dr. Jesudian "Jason" Boddu, DPT, MTC, CFMT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and a Residency-trained Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT).
After graduating from Hillsdale College with focus on pre-medicine, Jason attended the University of Saint Augustine in Florida drawn by its reputation as a leader in Manual Therapy training. He then pursued an aggressive continuing education path that included Manual Therapy Certification (MTC), and completion of CFMT-Residency training, culminating in achievement of Certified Functional Manual Therapist. To date, there are less than 500 CFMT’s in the world.
Aside from continuing to improve his clinical skills for the benefit of his patients over the last 10+ years of experience, Jason also enjoys reading, traveling, and off-road motorcycling.
Mary Campbell, PTA
Mary is a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with over 33 years of experience in various Physical Therapy settings, including Acute Care In-Patient, Home Care Services, Pain Clinic and Out-Patient Orthopedic/Geriatric Rehabilitation. She has attended regular professional development courses throughout her career and most recently received certificates for Cranial-Sacral Therapy 1, Fall Prevention, Treatment of the Lumbar Complex and Myofacial Release Techniques. Mary served as a Certified Clinical Instructor for PTA students, and enjoys helping every patient she meets achieve their individual goals.
CJ Conrad, LMT
CJ Graduated from Baker College as a Massage Therapist in 2010, and has been a part of Health Source since first interning here in 2010. She now teaches Pilates at Health Source. CJ enjoys traveling, staying fit, going to the movies, and spending time with family and friends.
