Pain During Shoulder Exercises. Good or bad? Well, it depends...
Ever wonder if more pain during exercise is better? The answer is usually "no".
What about mild pain? In the case of shoulder exercises, this might not be a bad thing... as long as:
- It is graded 0-3/10 - more isn't better!
- You should not experience your pain increase at night or the next day
